Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before you complete any transactions with us as these Booking Terms and Conditions will apply to your transaction.
Clients are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the treatment value at the point of booking to secure the appointment. The deposit will be used towards the treatment cost.
Are you unexpectedly unable to attend? You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment and this can only be done by telephone or email.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WHERE A CANCELLATION IS ATTEMPTED LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM A BOOKED APPOINTMENT.
If you arrive later than the agreed treatment time at Spa Rose, Spa Rose may shorten the treatment and the rate will not change.
By booking and attending a treatment, it is taken as proof that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions as described.
